Grinding – Two Types of Projects (Poland)

✅We are currently looking for contractors to provide grinding services for two types of projects in Poland:

• Stainless steel grinding – grinding and finishing of stainless steel tanks, boilers, vessels, and other components used in the food industry.

• Shipyard hull grinding – preparation of steel structures for welding, weld cleaning, and R2 edge rounding.

📍 Locations:

• Dywity (near Olsztyn) – Stainless Steel Grinding

• Gdańsk, Gdynia – Shipyard Hull Grinding

💶 Service Fee: around 35 PLN net/hour (based on experience)

⏱️ Estimated Service Volume: Approximately 200–220 hours per month

✅Requirements

• Previous experience in at least one of the above types of grinding services.

• Ability to deliver precise, high-quality surface finishing.

• Depending on the project, experience with stainless steel finishing or shipyard steel structures, weld cleaning, and R2 edge rounding is required.

• Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards.

💰 Advance payments available after the first week of service.

🏠 Accommodation provided (utility fee: 450–500 PLN/month).

👥 Coordinator support throughout the entire cooperation.

📄 Assistance with residence legalization, including preparation of documents for obtaining a Residence Card (Karta Pobytu).
