1. Fundamental Principle: No Fees to Candidates
At Horizonte Migratorio, we irrevocably establish that no candidate shall be charged for documents, procedures, consultations, or any other concept related to migration matters or job search.
This includes:
Charges for migration procedures (work permits, visas, regularizations).
Charges for legal consultations or migration advisory services.
Charges for recruitment, selection, or job placement processes.
Charges for training, courses, or job "guarantees."
Any other direct or indirect payment requested from the candidate.
Only employer companies are authorized to pay for our services, as they contract our recruitment, consulting, and foreign talent management services.
2. Our Commitment to Safety and Trust
For companies:
We guarantee the safety, reputation, and good name of organizations that hire through us. All our candidates undergo rigorous verification processes including:
Validation of migration documents.
Verification of employment and academic backgrounds.
Assessment of technical and soft competencies.
Confirmation of legal work status.
For candidates:
We guarantee dignified, quality jobs with fair conditions. We commit to:
Connecting candidates only with verified and legally established companies.
Ensuring job offers comply with Polish and European labor regulations.
Protecting the labor rights of every collaborator we represent.
3. Zero Tolerance Policy for Dishonest Practices
Horizonte Migratorio maintains a zero tolerance stance towards any dishonest, illegal, or unethical act by our clients (employer companies).
The following are considered serious ethical violations:
Requesting or accepting payments from candidates for procedures, documents, or job guarantees.
Offering fake jobs or working conditions different from those agreed.
Retaining personal documents, passports, or work permits of collaborators.
Practicing discrimination, workplace harassment, exploitation, or any form of abuse.
Using our services for purposes other than legitimate talent hiring.
Breaching contracts, verbal or written agreements with candidates or Horizonte Migratorio.

4. Consequences for Policy Violation
If any of our clients (employer companies) commits any of the serious violations mentioned:
Immediate public denouncement:
The company will be publicly denounced through our official channels (website, social media, newsletters) and competent authorities will be notified if applicable.Immediate termination of collaboration:
Permanent suspension of any service, agreement, or commercial relationship with the offending company.No possibility of renegotiation:
There will be no opportunity to renegotiate terms, restore the relationship, or reconsider the decision. This measure is irrevocable.Legal action:
We reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal legal action if the violation involves damages to candidates, fraud, or breach of contract.

7. Acceptance and Validity
By contracting the services of Horizonte Migratorio, all employer companies automatically accept this policy and commit to full compliance.
