Structural Fitting

Work inside industrial halls and workshops on structural steel, offshore and modular construction projects.

✅ Job description:

• Assembly and fitting of steel structures based on technical drawings,

• Welding steel components using the MAG 135 method (black steel and stainless steel),

• Simple welding in flat position (no forced welding positions),

• Assembly and installation of galvanized steel components,

• Installation of metal container elements for modular houses,

• Assembly and fitting of offshore steel structures,

• Grinding and cleaning steel elements before and after installation,

• Performing tack welds.

⭐ Optional duties (depending on the project):

• Gas or plasma cutting of steel sheets,

• Work on offshore and modular container projects,

• Installation of galvanized components without welding.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in structural fitting, metalworking and/or MAG 135 welding,

• Ability to read technical drawings (mandatory),

• Ability to work with electric tools,

• Ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, protractor, spirit level),

• Tack welding skills.

⭐ Optional skills (depending on the project):

• Gas cutting skills,

• MAG 135 welding certificate/experience (required only for welding projects).

🏭 Place of work: Morąg, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Pinczyn, Poland

💶 Salary: 39–42 PLN net/hour (depending on experience and project)

⏱️ Working hours:

• 10–12 hours per day,

• Monday to Friday,

• Weekend overtime available depending on the project,

• 200+ working hours per month.

💰 Advance payments available after the first week of work.

🏠 Accommodation provided (utility cost: PLN 450–500/month).

👥 Full support from a coordinator throughout employment.

🆘 Assistance with obtaining a TRC (Temporary Residence Card).
